The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the shopping district and Altstatt. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a great view. The free WiFi was strong and reliable. We also appreciated the modern shower in the bathroom.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. They were able to assist with any questions or concerns, even though I didn't speak the local language. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer. The comfortable bed in my room provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Although the breakfast at the hotel was mediocre, with limited choices and not-so-fresh fruit, there were other dining options nearby, made up for it. the view from my room was not as expected, as it overlooked an office building rather than the picturesque scene depicted in the pictures.

This hotel had an amazing location, right next to the popular Königsallee shopping street. It was not far from the city center, making it very convenient to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast provided was lovely, and the hotel facilities were stylish and fun.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, right in the city center so we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The service was excellent and we even got a welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed - air conditioning, flat-screen tv, and free toiletries. There was also a dining bar/ lounge area and a snack bar which were very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better.

Good quality shower products. Nice buffet breakfast and 24-hour bar/restaurant. Within walking distance to the city center and underground. Young and positive staff, great atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, very close to the center and right next to the Koenigsallee shopping street. It is also conveniently located right next to the U Bahn, making travel easy with just a 30-minute train ride to the airport. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are helpful and provide personal and friendly service. The lobby has a great atmosphere and there is a 24-hour bar available.

There were some noise issues with neighboring rooms and the staff did not handle the complaints well.
